There is a small car park although it is usually sufficient for the people that visit the beach. Access to the Beach should be made through stairs so it is not a place for older or disabled people. Be careful to turn because the staircase is something heavy up. The sand of Cala Boix
The sand is very fine, coming from the erosion of the coastal area. Once entered in the water we find a quite smooth descent, being able to stand about fifteen meters from the shore. This sand and the shallowness, coupled with the distance of urban nuclei allow a transparent water of great beauty. We have service of hammocks and parasols. The only one but we found it in the bar, located in the access staircase, at the top. You have to think twice before you take a snack. The winds run from the sea to the ground, although due to the nature of the terrain they will almost always be lazy. Cala Boix is a beach designed for family and quiet environment, no noise of boats or jet skis.
